The Science Based Targets Initiative (SBTi) granted Kordsa clearance for its pledges to reduce emissions. Kordsa stated that it will lessen production-related emissions and boost the usage of renewable energy by adhering to the SBTi’s standards and recommendations, with the goal of reducing emissions by 46.2% by the year 2030.
On the basis of its sustainability plan, which is influenced by science and technology and aims for 2030, SBTi approved Kordsa’s emission reduction targets. One of the most reputable international standards for setting targets for sustainability goals is SBTi, a collaboration of CDP, UN Global Compact, World Resources Institute (WRI), and World Wildlife Fund for Nature (WWF).
