CEAT Recognized for Total Quality Management Practices

CEAT has been awarded the Deming Grand Prize. The business claimed that only organizations that have received the Deming Prize and sustained and enhanced their Total Quality Management (TQM) practices for more than three years are eligible for this accolade. According to CEAT, this award is meant to recognize companies that apply TQM principles, concepts, and practices to establish and realize challenging yet quality- and customer-focused business goals. The entire company, including its network of distributors and suppliers, was assessed.

“We are ecstatic by this success. The achievement of this award, according to Arnab Banerjee, MD & CEO of CEAT, “reflects our robust business systems and processes, leading to the creation of highly reliable and dependable products and services every time.”

According to the organization, the Deming Grand was established in 1969 and is one of the prestigious quality awards awarded by the Union of Japanese Scientists and Engineers (JUSE) for accomplishment in Total Quality Management (TQM).
